2004 Subaru STI
Car came in with a knock which resulted from lack of oil. This pretty much killed the engine. The new engine consists of forged internals, Brian Crower cams, new heads and upgraded Blough 2.5XT-R turbo we built and installed. Build included Killer B oil pick and windage tray, New ACT clutch, new up pipe with Tial wastegate and IAG Air Oil Separator. Triple gauge pod install will now keep an eye on the engine vitals. The new tune is a hybrid MAF/ SD setup where the car idles on the MAF and switches to speed density thereafter. Staying very conservative on the break in period at 15psi then we’ll do a full tune at 21-22psi. Estimating around 380hp (around 500 hp at crank factoring 25% drivetrain loss) at the wheels on full tune.
